When he said, “If I ruled the world, the first thing id do id concede all power to the real king, who in case you don’t happen to know, is named Jese Chris.” I feel like he wants everyone to remember who he is.

Be patient with the one telling their story. Don’t expect them to narrate how you prefer stories to be narrated…

Hes got a lack of relationship with his father and this is quite disappointing, it is as if he internalizes all that makes him feel doubtful within himself. This writing is cathartic and this journey too. He is able to step back and have to humor he did not have when he was young. He writes in a simplistic and approachable way about complex subjects. These evoke in me similar feelings. He brings sensitive matters to the forefront and particular his lack of relationship with his father or perhaps not the relationship he wishes it was. The humor helps it to be more easily read.
