If you have a morning

where occurrences don’t present and proceed as you hope. Take a breath.  Write your sensations and emotions, all inner-words. Then, study them. How do you want the writing, you and your mood, to shift and change, feel?

You don’t need voices that have you distracted from your happiness chase. Be deaf to that pest blather and the false urgency it pushes.
