When you think excessively,

you start to notice your excess thinking, then thinking about it, and nothing is accomplished. Challenge: Just produce, and don’t think. ABOUT ANYTHING.

In the journal, there should be lawlessness.  There should be not just a freedom that you can’t find elsewhere but a promise to self that you are ever there for that self. There is no perfect setting or sitting.  The perfection is in the lawlessness of your own pages.

There needs to be more enjoyment of your work.

Reason I bring this up is that it’s too easy to be talked out of such… BY YOU.  Your own self, saying there needs to be something done a certain way.  Enjoy what you do by making it your own, by making it something else… more creativity, more conversation, more exploration and wonder paired with…
