Somewhere between whiteboards, role plays, awkward silences, and unexpected advances, this Consumer Sales Trainer Story is starting to skip into each scene of my life. Finding myself applying the same patience everywhere, the same curiosity in conversation, the same discipline with my own inner dialogue.  Objections stopped feeling like resistance and started sounding like information. 

Missed opportunities now present feedback instead of failure.

Organize these lessons, I tell myself.  Inventory them.  File them neatly. 

But they resist being boxed.  They show up while driving.  While waiting for coffee. While watching someone choose their words carefully.  What I’m learning, the value isn’t in mastering them, but entirely in noticing them.
