In loggerheads I liked how he learned a lesson in life. In my notes I wrote he is trapped just like the turtles he found.

I really not sure but I believe that If I ruled the world was satire. At least I hope so. Is Sedaris Religious?

I can’t tell. I assume since he is gay that he is not. But that obviously doesn’t mean he wasn’t at some point. I was just really confused, but maybe that was the whole point.

I also see Sedaris as a cheerleader for his readers, urging them to not just believe in themselves but be bigger fans of their own lives…. YOU???
