Got back from run a bit ago.  Wanted 5 or more but the heat stopped me.  Surprised I did what I did after brunch not long before in Winters, followed by sparkling wine and a couple wines tasted at Turkovich.

Nurse and her friend now by the pool, me stealing a couple minutes here in office.  Going forward with a business that I am certain will produce.  Well, almost certain.  Not pulling any triggers now, not yet.

Running tomorrow morning, without any sort of fail or delay.  Heading to gym for speed work.  Fast tonight, pertaining to ALL things, starting before nine.

Writing freely this afternoon, thinking of not just net week but everything after, and after.  The Sales Trainer story and how that’s changing, what I want it to be….  Writing backwards in another journal, drawing steps to get There, then looking closer at them.
