Back from 5 mile run.  Trying to cool down before 13:00 meeting.

Sipping water from the Stanley the Nurse bought me years ago.

Strong, I felt on the run.  Fearless….  And with a more electric and applied confidence.

The Nurse and I go back and forth with the idea, that feeling this much love and freedom and confidence is for others, we once thought.  Now, it’s US.

And there is no redirecting, no backward-stepping, no qualifying.

Self-care involves, I mean real SELF-Care, Truth.  Honesty with yourself, others, and yourself again.  Several times over for SELF.

Jumping around, project to project – everything from the meeting in a bit, to this blog, to our wedding, the run I just went on and putting some notes in journal… how do people not be like this, when they’re fiery and passionate like me?

Devoting one hour to this, and not getting sidetracked or pulled on way by an idea?  Or 30 minutes to this, and that’s it…..

Operationalization….  Of the Consumer Sales Training efforts at Sonic, to anything else I can think of.  No more jailing, or isolating, believing that one mode is just for one model.
