Notes for next week’s speech…

The Consumer Sales Trainer role… lab…. Story.

And that’s what this is, with the sharpest and most radiant and reverberant of candor.

A Story.

Writing with the Reps.  And in such a way that I am taught, I’m learning right there, with them, for them, about them.

The anchor, if anything in the PowerPoint slide storm that I incorporate, Practiced Authenticity.

Realness with direction, as I say.

A sort of Realness and presence and transmogrified tenacity that has application in the Field, yes, but just as prominently in any life scene.

Using what you have, not faking till you make it… that ideology is voluminously flawed and contaminative.

More so and with a roar, go…. Focused, containment, practiced, in the act of Authenticity and confidence.  Clear and more HUMAN words and language.

Strength, Observation, Now, Immediate and Intimate, Clear and Confident.

SONIC.

Contrast from regularity.  This is not just something sold, but an experience shared.

What do I do?  Share ideas, humbly, but with a condense and eagerness that dominates and directs my character’s dimension.

What do I do?  Share passion?

Describe your job…. I don’t fucking have one.

My gratitude for this Story, what I share.

My sight of all things positive and elevating for these new Reps, what has me in the building early.

I love the idea of learning.  Self-education coupled with formalized, I guess you could say, curriculum and pedagogy.

And then, the Authenticity urge.  And have it be a not just a daily but minute-to-minute practice and habit and language and way…
