What we do for work is so very defining, and potentially damning. There is no such thing as a bad day at work, or a horrible place to work. If it is horrible, leave. Find something else. Always be ready to sell not so much yourself, or sell at all, but to speak your beliefs. What you want to do for work, what you will contribute, what you do without ever being told.
What you do for work should be one of the dimensions to your story of which you are most proud, vocal, convinced. You are only damned if you’re unhappy, and don’t elect to move.
