Living, and I mean really living.

Finally.. if you only knew.

The past life, not important.

What has a place, meaning, the most poignant of importance … NOW.

Here.

In this room, with my gratitude.

Snuck away from desk, and in the ZenDen, needed.  One time on this planet, that’s it.

I feel like we don’t get that, or something.  We dismiss it, or pretend that’s not the reality.

But, know this reader, I am present.  On this couch, with the wind shoving the plants one side and to another on the other side of the window behind me.

Promising myself something altering, this week.  A new project, a new sight, new Beat, new shape of sense.  And all from being grateful I’m here, alive, more passionate and connected than I’ve ever been…

Not performing, not standing on a mountaintop shouting anything.  It’s noticing that the coffee stayed warm, the conversation formed another language and realized a new ME…

The day didn’t collapse under its own weight.  Most of life arrives quietly.  This contained gratitude is paying attention long enough to see it.
