making it my agency and of course the first client, ME….  Journaling, productivity, Mindfulness, Wellness… all of that.  SHIT… need to get coffee before class.  BRB….

Coffee.  And now, the countdown to class… notes up, and me forming into the professor character.  But today, I’m taking it a calmer, more empathetic route, as I urge they do with consumers.  Listen, involve them, EMPATHIZE.

Opening the classroom in five minutes.  Feel those nerves, but I’m telling myself DO IT ANYWAY.  Sip the coffee, know how incredible you are at what you do, and keep it that simple.  This is for anyone reading, not just the writer.

DECIDE TO STOP, with those nerves and that doubt, the wondering.  Simply, MOVE.  And with kindness, and ferocity.
