Morning moving.  09:28

About to walk downstairs to where the Nurse unpacks the world we brought over from our Windsor home.  We have about two weeks to be completely out, and we are more than ahead of any schedule someone could have designed for us…

Building.

SELF, and EVERYTHING.

From trauma, and my nervous system hasn’t received a memo.  I noticed this Saturday morning when the Nurse and I were doing our last tour of our wedding site, before Alter Day.

It’s normal, and I’ll let my proactive wiring do it’s thing.  But I know everything is fine.

This is the process in building SELF, everything surrounding.

Right now in office listening to lofi with coffee, why am I looking for a threat?  A tremor??

Then I write on this further, scribbling with no real aim in mind, in the Composition book.  And….

Happiness is homework.

Not in a burdensome sense.

But in the sense that every morning we’re given an assignment.

Today’s assignment:

  • Notice three beautiful things.
  • Don’t argue with your blessings.
  • Don’t negotiate with imaginary disasters.
  • Speak kindly to yourself.
  • Let one good moment stay good.

Expecting something to happen.  WHY??

The mind is a terrible fortune teller.  This reminds me of what Marcus Aurelius said, something like “We suffer more in imagination than reality.”

So valid, and only in the last few days am I intimately confirming and experiencing this.  Has to be the past showing itself, that old system of defense and reaction, has to be.

But, I’m grabbing the wheel, steering mind away from this activity.  With my new emphases of Commitment and Discipline, Structure and Time Management.

Onto a Career Heights Highway…..
