Class done. Cleaning work area… Simplifying.

Idea with the EVERYTHING Academy that I had to write, put into a PPT slide deck, and now I’m back.  Committed to drinking more water, making it not so much a goal but set practice until my last page.

#coffeezenlove on the mind, has me tempted to get a small cup from the market but no I tell myself I am committed to this full STANLEY the Nurse got me years ago.  Water and that flavoring she bought me, also years past.

The day slows, and I enjoy the deceleration.  To the writing booth, with pen.
