The gratitude, moved from one intensity to one much higher.

Next day, in office, and with an ease about me.  From the drive.  Road, what’s between the exists as I have been meditating over and writing on the blog.

This immediate blink and beat, me, present… knowing there is so much more Story for me, my wife, family.

How is this my life?  This intensity of joy—  STOP.  Just be in it.  My writer friend walks by my office but doesn’t broach the writing topic and his projects, his boutique publishing house.

Meeting in 10 minutes.  The Field Sales Operations one we have every other Tuesday.  Goal for the room, 4 new ideas.  One, already, be more ‘door-to-door’ in how I ‘operate’ as a writer.  Let’s see what the other three are.

Wrote them in other laptop, but I know one of them was SIMPLICITY.  No need to complicate, or add anything.  This company and its narrative, moving me toward a refined and fined character composition.

In a meeting now, but collecting.  Field Sales Team jamming and going over the previous weeks.  Shouldn’t last the hour it’s scheduled for…. Still though, I’m in the gratitude stretch.  This ROAD, the stops are a part of it.

Here, in the meeting and see myself.  People want my ideas, they ask me to contribute.  I’m humbled, but energized and confident.  My ambitions mute and drown SELF doubt.

Grateful, Mindful, caring for SELF… journaling each occurrence and what’s said.  This current Lead, talking about integrity.  “You gotta be rock solid,” he says.  He compares integrity to an oak tree, and I’m fascinated.  Being REAL… and being grateful for the opportunity to see and speak from your individuality.

Weather changing, and with that, so does my energy.  Only more intense, more soulful, more eager… one of the Instructional Designers, a former English Professor as well, stopping by my desk.  We talk about the jam session we put on the calendar for tomorrow, to see where we can enhance communication at this company.  Only new DECISIONS and opportunities ahead.  We agree, we speak in literary tones, then part.
