When you overthink, and you’re scattered, you’re running place.

Not happening any more, and the Nurse has me with sharper sight and general sense, in my not so humble or subdued opinion.

Writing to write, this morning.  A Monday, messages coming in.  I write her another message, smiling when she responds.

This is life, I scribble in my journal.  Life, LIVING.. imagine that.  This journal, the one she bought me I think at the end of 2023, if memory still works, always a space.  Place for collections and meditation.

This month, amplifying Personal Growth.  Do I have that much more?  Or, is this it?  If this is it, I don’t know how I feel, but then I ask myself – WHAT ELSE DO I WANT?  Not meaning anything tangible, or materialistic, but from and in and for character.

Not overthought.  This is a question I’ve been stirring for a week, maybe more.  So then… Patience.  I want to be more patient, more composed and less reactionary.  Years ago, my Sales Engineer at the time, ‘Ditter’, said to me concerning an email response I needed to write and I thought it had to be done right away, “They can wait. There’s no rush.  They can wait, Madigan.”

So, I’m not rushing, or moving quick for anyone or anything today.  No scatter, and no running other than the 5 miles I’m planning to write at lunch.
