As a sales trainer, I notice the difference immediately. When I force, they feel it. When I measure, they follow. The room steadies. Words land cleaner, pauses hold their weight. Nothing rushed, nothing dragged—just placed where it belongs.

Purpose isn’t loud today. It’s quiet alignment. A rep asking one better question. Another staying present half a breath longer. Small calibrations, repeated.

I don’t need new material. I need truer contact with what’s already in front of me. The lesson, the moment, the person.
