No spend so far, other than corporate funds..
#SOMEREALPROFTOK, just an idea no more than a week ago, now given prominence. Health, Healthy Living, Lifestyle, RUNNING.. fitness, nutrition… everything. Rebranding, but not.
This week, eating like a monk, and drinking more water than I EVER have.
New due date for book… 10/1/2026…. Mine, and the Nurse’s.
By week’s end… a small release from book. Couple chapters… twenty to thirty pages I’m thinking.
16:07 now…. Am I hungry, yes. But writing the feeling and slight loopy-ness that grabs you when you’re hungry. If you can work through that, produce through it and more so with it.. then you have found a tool, or key, remedy.
We overthink so much. Me, still, at this age. And, fucking, why??
