Slow day, before long 4th weekend.

Rescheduled a check-in for Monday.

Want to take the camera out, shoot whatever I can find, shoot some video…

But I don’t want to take away from the #coffeezenlove idea, project, shop and business.  I feel like there is something here, in this idea.  Coffee, which of course I love… Nurse calling me a coffee slut from time to time.

The Philosophy and practice and embrace of ZEN… things are as they are, don’t resist but rather embrace…

And, more meant than anything supplementing, or modifying – LOVE.

Loving your life, everything in it.  People in your Story, how you are the ONLY you.

It builds…. I put on some lofi before the meeting.  Need to shave so I skip around the corner into our room, then bathroom area, take out everything.

Today, all ZEN.  Gratitude and seeing what’s around as more than it is, or what it could be.  More connotation than denotation.
