Focusing.

On the day.  Odd rain again, driving here.  Humid, feel like it’s humid in here, like a soft fit of moisture around my desk.

Coffee and meditation, focusing on NOW.  Right here, where I’m standing… more than merely mindful, I’m situation and a part of this scene.  Integral.

Another sip, another truth.  Making myself stay late today, to address all projects.  The #coffeezenlove project, the Flash Cards, and whatever else I’m not now remembering.

Putting myself outside of character, do something different I tell myself.  Like what?  Give me a minute…

Even further into this Sales Training mode.  Take it outside of sales.  Life…

SELF-Care…. Career development.  Like I spoke yesterday with this newest student, “you spend far too much time at work to not enjoy it, and be happy. So, make it be that.”

Writing till class starts.  In thoughts – coffee, the Nurse, wedding in less than 75 days…. Brand-building, and finding more in the seemingly simple.

The coffee, this office, the light rain on the drive over.

In being MINDFUL, you are present.  You see into things, define and redefine.

Authenticity doesn’t arrive after life becomes exciting. […..] Just wrote that, not sure how it came to me, or why, but how true.
