I need to be.  And more.

Grateful for this day working at home, the lofi, the coffee, messages with the Nurse.  Decision, to care for SELF and participate only in energies and frames that elevate my joy.

Some will call it selfish.  I know ‘they’ will.  But… I keep with my current Beat.

Authenticity, fascinating me.  This Pragmatic Positivity I talk about at work, and not to be some sage, but to offer the idea to others, see what they think.

Gentle, this day, and my own thoughts.  Think I’ve finally arrived, at a place of peace that if you asked me six years ago, if I thought I’d ever know it, I would have though you were asking the wrong guy.

But, I’m here.  Because I DECIDED.
