Ordered lunch, and now looking at another to-do to code as COMPLETED.
Moving fast, no antithetical ANYTHING distracting me. Even if it tried, it’d fucking FAIL.
And, horribly.
I feel strong, well, sharp and quick and tenacious in a way that I thought maybe it could only be me when I was younger. Like, when I first started to find my writing voice, at SSU.
This morning, coworker, my last Sales Engineer, coming up to me and sharing he’d started a publishing company. That he is the first artist. He told me about his book – 3 sisters reunited after their mother dies. Mother left them a bakery, and a book of secret family ingredient assemblies as she called them, not recipes.
I was fascinated and lifted from his sharing of this new project, business. How excited he was to be writing and putting old writings together finally, and how much he wanted to share that with ME.
Again leaning on gratitude. And with a force that I am learning from.
