You enjoy work by letting the wander evolve and take you places.  Containment and focus are great, but not if such costs you an opportunity to discover, explore, create, try new Newness of Road and travel.  New approaches are what bring you new results… if the same thing and practices aren’t producing then why continue with them?

Work should deliver a mountain, a mountain RANGE, of fulfillment and reward, enrichment.  Do what brings that, ditch what doesn’t.  Even if it’s protocol, if the approach you’ve been using is routine accepted, go with the new directions before continuing the ones you think you “have to”.
