Back from run.

Dominant thoughts while on the 5+ mile route, scoring 8:13 per mile:

1. Do it for YOU.

2. The boring content is BEAMING, with more content and Stories, and education that can be applied ANYWHERE, anyhow, any way, for any intention.

3. What running is, and why… why do it.

Looking for boring topics, seriously.  Or not boring really, but something that many would otherwise dismiss or find not worthy of much attention, or a movie script.

Internet, being a Sales Trainer, a CONSUMER Sales Trainer.  No, I’m not an Archeology Professor that goes on adventures all over the world and drank from the holy grail.

I train new Sales Reps how to sell, and about this internet/telecom/infrastructure company and its Core Values.  One of them, Adaptability, speaking to me today and then I find myself speaking to ME about it.  Self-instruction, seeing how strong I am, since coming back.

Since knowing the Nurse, from 6-6-23 till right now 12:42 March 3rd, 2026, I have fought with work.  What I do.  My happiness.

But, that climate has passed and I am THIS.  This writer.  Work, what I’d say a better 40+ percent of people either loathe or are indifferent about, just seeing it as a job, I have a new story.

I’m LIVING, not just a wage slave.
