Sometimes I shriek and let out an ick when I hear that word. Which I still have to laugh at, being the Sales Trainer for the company.
So… a different and more CLEAR AND CONFIDENT… and HUMAN practice. That’s what materializes High Performance.
(LETTER TO DIRECTOR)
This idea of High Performance through consolidation and simplification of our Curriculum and assessment practices is inevitable. Yes, what will drive it is data, and measured reactions to the data.
But, communication, as an integral step in this consolidation and simplification must be prioritized. And, more organized.
Everything I’ve seen from what has been shared with me across multiple documents and forms speaks to this.
It will benefit us as stakeholders in this ‘Academy’, to communicate this at the next QBR. And, all but demand questions. Let me know your thoughts… -pm

Making this part of the day’s 1001. Sales and its practice, made more universal in application and speak. Not saying it as much, that S-word. More so just embodying the practice and my form of it.
