Run logged.  6.31 @ 9:06.  Not bad.  Whole route was modified. 

Ran around an abandoned corporate building, buildings, and parking lot twice which helped.

On second sparkling water.  Day’s journal page filled.  10:46

No real plan for day other than fasting, writing everything, taking the Comp Book somewhere and filling a couple pages.  Not sure where and I’m not giving it too much thought now.  Idea from run, on a running and fitness project, or experiment, noting all steps of it.

Half-marathon at month’s end, working toward that.  Not sure I’ll be able to put up pre-covid numbers but somehow hoping to shock myself like I did the other week when I ran seven miles here in scorching fucking Vacaville at 9:00 per.

Must have left my body, some runner’s high-like ‘away’.

Running.  Seeing something in it that I didn’t before.  Some research required for what I’m thinking of doing, but first… music.

Still cooling down.  No pains or soreness, which tells me I’m closer to that running shape I was in years ago.  Keep pushing, I tell myself.  In that cliche formation of words yes but who cares.
