Taking a breath, a pause and collecting SELF.
Listening to the activity of the office. Every voice I hear is cheerful, relaxed even when in the pulse of productivity.
Notes for next week’s session.. Taking some of my own instruction and carving it into my habits and mood, everything about me this Thursday.
Clear, CONFIDENT, Communication. Setting up my own lab and storefront pedagogy, teaching entity.
A decision I’m dropping the gavel on, TO-DAY.
11:47. Hungry, but dismissing the sensation. Sipping sparkling water and typing, notes for next Wednesday, getting to know the applicant, or Trainee.
Battery getting lower, and my thoughts are everywhere. Centralizing in the Sales Trainer Story. Further, more depth, more molecular as I will often say.
Write more later…. And on this Sales Trainer thing. Book, Story, career? I don’t know… but taking it apart and putting it all back together with some optimistic twist.
Challenging today’s Mike Madigan… just write this. Where you are, standing at the desk, sales notes and “coaching” (YUCK!!…HATE THAT WORD!!) for Wednesday’s student.
Should I call them Student? Think Trainee is more accurate but I don’t like that word either. Nurse always snickers and jokes when I say I don’t like a word. “Of course you don’t Madigan,” she’ll say, or something like that. I always laugh back, and try sneaking a kiss somehow from my radiant RN.
