it’s that I should teach much less, and encourage more that “students” educate themselves and fill their own glasses and jars.

    A teacher is not the person who feels has an authority to lecture you when you make a mistake or tells you everything, a real teacher is that person who is compasionate and embraces your vulnerability. The teacher cares about every student as a person. Perfect example Mickey Madigan!
