material right in front of you. Right there. Where you work, where you sit or stand. There is no need to overthink, or even think. Just create, narrate your story, be connected and embedded to you where you are, with what you’re doing. You’re inclined to think. We all are. That’s what we’re taught. But many times the answer is NOT deliberation or even gentle mental consideration. Movement is the solution, the answer.
The point of thought is often deliberation and measurement. Which in no way is principle hinderance. Though, excess, or relying on thought and using it as an excuse or pass for inaction, that’s where you lose time. You lose and make ill you’re ideas you spend so much time replaying and internally reciting. Just write, speak, act, move– create. Save the thinking for after, if ever at all.
